Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ECTLRData Solutions Referral Program. This program is designed to reward individuals or organizations who introduce potential clients requiring merchant or terminal migration, ETL, reconciliation, and system integration services.

This referral program applies strictly to successful client engagements for migration projects executed by ECTLRData.

1. Eligibility for Referral Reward

The referred client must be new to ECTLRData.
The referral must be introduced before any direct discussion between the client and ECTLRData.
The referral must result in a signed commercial agreement.
The project must be successfully executed and billed by ECTLRData.

2. Referral Reward Structure

The referral reward is project-type dependent and varies based on the nature of the referred engagement in accordance with the pricing structure published on the ECTLRData pricing page:

Illustrative examples (not limitation):

Merchant Migration projects may carry a referral reward up to USD $20,000
Terminal Migration projects may carry a referral reward up to USD $10,000

The final referral reward is determined based on:

Type of migration engagement
Pricing category applicable to the project
Commercial value of the signed client agreement

ECTLRData reserves the sole right to determine the applicable referral reward based on the project type and pricing tier.

3. Payment Terms of Referral

Referral payments are made in phases aligned with client billing milestones.
Payments are released only after ECTLRData receives payment from the client.
No upfront referral payments are made.
If the client delays or defaults payment, referral payment is proportionally delayed.

4. Conditions for Valid Referral

The referrer must provide accurate client contact details.
The referrer must not misrepresent ECTLRData services or commitments.
The referral must comply with all legal and ethical standards.

5. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality

Referrers may become aware of project status or client engagement. Such information must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to any third party.

6. Disqualification of Referral

If the client was already in discussion with ECTLRData.
If false information is provided.
If unethical practices are involved in acquiring the referral.

7. Tax Responsibility

The referrer is solely responsible for any taxes applicable on the referral reward as per their country’s tax laws.

8. No Partnership or Employment

Participation in this referral program does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship with ECTLRData.

9. Program Modification Rights

ECTLRData reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

This referral program shall be governed by the laws of India.
